I wish I had a giant house with a big yard and I could adopt five dogs from the pound and not just one.
low quality. from the all the real girls soundtrack. one of those movies where it’s uncertain if it’s good. patricia clarkson
I like the way they used this in that movie, it’s the sadness and melancholy of days passing by and not just a moment.
I’m someone who’s mostly dead inside but still has a little hope for something extraordinary, which, as I said, is the worst breed of human, because it means I know everything is bullshit, but that I secretly hope for the day when it might not be.
This is a way to listen to changes to wikipedia. You are
literallylistening to knowledge being added to the world.
Pluck sounds are an addition, strings are subtractions, and the pitch says how how big the edit is. My heart shudders at this I love it so much.
This is crazy….
Tis not crazy, Disney would have the voice actors act out a scene so that the artist could use it as a reference. In fact the audio for the Mad Hatter is all taken from this scene.
So when someone tells you that “referencing is cheating”, just know that they’re lying.
Nearly all of the best artists reference!
ok but really though, it’s impossible to be able to do EVERYTHING from memory, the human brain can only do so much when trying to create or re-create a scene. This applies to everything but ESPECIALLY animation. You’re not going to be able to “make up” accurate motions all the time, even with practice. If you want something to be spot on and as perfect as it’s gonna get, references are the only way it’s gonna happen. So seriously don’t EVER believe anyone who says that references are unnecessary.
"Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies," from Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite, played using only water glasses.
well done. And quite ethereal.
this is so beautiful and worth listening to even if you think you’ve heard this song a thousand times—ESPECIALLY if you think you’ve heard it a thousand times.
This gave me goosebumps of the good kind
